The refund of this amount is made within 7 business days after departure once the Villa is inspected in detail. The price includes a cleaning person three days a week, three hours a day. This time is meant for cleaning and housekeeping; no cooking, child care, laundry, ironing, or any personal work for guests. Guests may hire, at their own cost, more hours or services of the cleaning person. The price includes the change of towels and linens once a week. One visit per week from the gardener/pool man. Long Term Price: 2023/2024 From September 1 to June 30. Price per month € 15,000 / month. Two months deposit (€ 30,000). * Includes € 500 in utilities: electricity, water, gas, internet. Pool / Jacuzzi chemicals, gardener/pool man once a week as well as chemicals and maintenance of the water softener and machine room. If there are damages or broken items, the amount of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit and an estimate ticket or invoice will be sent to the clients. If there are damages or broken items that need to be assessed by specialists, the amount of the deposit will be frozen until a firm budget is obtained. Any damage or broken item must be reported immediately. The arrangements for fortuitous breakdowns will be attended to as on a timely manner, it is not guaranteed that this will occur within a specified period of time.
